withdraw option on D account visible at member area

While on D account ( Dxxxxxxx) why is the "Withdraw" option visible when there is no such operation?

Not only that, but it prompts for a secure session and you actually feel like you are doing the right thing but eventually you get a message like that. (see attached file)

That suggests that you have a demo account and you should use a confirmed account ( sorry my message was Greek and I translated as I could).

This sure makes me feel like the UI was designed in an ad-hoc manner, or is un-tested, or worse is un attained.

Anyways... things like that make me lose confidence in the service as a whole.
