Account Status Tab
I recently discovered that my account was locked after an unsuccessful purchase attempt. It would be ideal to have an account status tab or field to get informed about possible restrictions or anything similar.
If someone has to update his information he should be informed about it.
Secondly, there isn't a clear message about possible errors on several requests. For example:
1) I tried to exchange currency and I couldn't because my account was locked. The error I received didn't point to the problem, leading to frustration.
2) By trying to update my account information, although I attached everything requested which was verified by a customer support employee, I was getting declined requests without the appropriate message/information.
